Fbaazi Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1 General Terms & Applicability

Fbaazi (fbaazi.best) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international gaming licence. These terms and conditions apply in full to the use of the fbaazi website and mobile application.

Fbaazi's services are available only to residents of countries and regions where online gaming is legally permitted. It is the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

• These terms are available in both Bengali and English — in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• Fbaazi reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be informed via their registered email or in-app notification before any changes take effect.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
• These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and fbaazi.

2 Account & Registration

A valid account is required to use any service on fbaazi. Providing accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration is mandatory.

One account per person

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed along with their balances, and any bonuses will be forfeited.

• At registration, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and email address. To make changes afterwards, please contact support.
• Your password must never be shared with anyone — you are solely responsible for the security of your account.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact fbaazi immediately.
• Registering with false information will result in account termination, including the forfeiture of all winnings.

3 Betting Rules

All bets on fbaazi are placed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Sufficient balance must be available before placing a bet. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.

Betting Limits

Fbaazi reserves the right to adjust betting limits under certain circumstances. Separate limits apply to VIP members.

Bet Cancellation & Result Settlement

• If a match is cancelled, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, fbaazi reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is reserved or concludes outside the scheduled time, the result remains valid provided the match is completed.
• Obvious odds errors — such as displaying 1000 instead of 100 — may be corrected by fbaazi at any time.
• Any fraudulent betting or involvement in match-fixing will result in a permanent account ban.

4 Payments & Transactions

All payments at fbaazi are processed in BDT. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), online bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20). There are zero transaction fees on all payments — the only exception is the USDT network fee, which is set by the blockchain.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit is ৳200 (bKash & Nagad) and ৳300 (Rocket).
• Deposits must be made from an account in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Your balance should reflect within 15 minutes of a deposit — if it doesn't, contact us via Live Chat with your TrxID.
• Claiming multiple deposits using the same TrxID will be treated as fraud.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal ৳300, maximum daily withdrawal ৳1,00,000 (bKash and Nagad).
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until the bonus wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• If suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals will be placed on hold pending verification.
• Withdrawals above ৳50,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions at fbaazi are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the associated terms.

Welcome Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available once per person — if multiple members of the same household use the same device or IP address, only one person will qualify.
• The welcome bonus carries an 8x wagering requirement — meaning you need to wager eight times the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days — the wagering requirement must be met within this period. Failing to do so will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.5 using bonus balance will not count toward the wagering requirement.

Cashback & Reload Bonuses

• The weekly cashback bonus carries a wagering requirement of just 1x — meaning it can be used almost immediately upon receipt.
• The reload bonus carries a 6x wagering requirement and expires after 7 days.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, they will be used in the order they were activated — earliest first.

6 Responsible Gaming

• Each user can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits directly from their account.
• You can request a temporary account suspension (self-exclusion) for a set period at any time.
• A permanent self-exclusion comes with a minimum 6-month break — during this time, fbaazi will not send any promotional communications.
• Fbaazi will not provide services to anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• If signs of gambling addiction are detected, the support team will reach out to offer assistance.

• Fbaazi never sells your personal or financial information to third parties.
• Information may be shared in response to valid requests from law enforcement authorities.

• Data is retained for a maximum of 5 years after account closure, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

8 Account Closure & Changes

Users may request account closure at any time. fbaazi also reserves the right to suspend or close accounts under certain circumstances.

Reasons fbaazi May Close an Account

• Violation of terms — such as operating multiple accounts or providing false information.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• If account hacking or a security breach is suspected, the account may be temporarily suspended to protect it.
• Extended inactivity for more than 2 years.

If a valid balance remains at the time of account closure, it will be returned via the registered payment method — except in cases involving fraud.

9 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Every user has the right to raise a complaint about any fbaazi service or decision. We take all complaints seriously.

How to File a Complaint

In the event of a dispute over a betting result, the confirmed outcome from our sports data provider (Sportradar / Betradar) will be considered final.

10 Terms Update Policy

Fbaazi may update these terms and conditions at any time. However, we commit to notifying users before any significant changes take effect.

• Minor updates such as spelling corrections or clarifications may be made without prior notice.
• For major changes — such as new restrictions or updates to bonus terms — users will be notified at least 7 days before they take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
